PAKISTAN NAVY MILGEM PROJECT
PN MİLGEM (1) F280 BABUR
İstanbul’da inşa edildi
Geminin inşasına 04 Haziran 2020 tarihinde İstanbul Askeri Tersanesi’nde başlanmış olup, 15 Ağustos 2021 tarihinde denize indirilmiştir. Gemi, 23 Eylül 2023 tarihinde düzenlenecek törenin ardından Pakistan Deniz Kuvvetleri’ne teslim edilecektir.
PRO DGS tersanesi, 12 Kasım 2020 tarihinde yukarıdaki geminin aşağıdaki işleri için ASFAT ile sözleşme imzalamıştır:
– Blok imalatı, Boru ve kablolama teçhizatı işleri, Silah temel teçhizatı işleri, Elektrik ve elektronik devre teçhizatı işleri, DG boru tesisatı ve teçhizatı işleri, Merdiven ve kapı teçhizatı işleri, Alüminyum teçhizatı işleri, Gaz türbinleri ve devre teçhizatı işleri. Geminin tamamının izolasyon işleri PRO DGS tersanesine verilmiştir. Söz konusu tüm işler Türk Loyd klas kuruluşu, İstanbul Askeri Tersanesi ve ASFAT A.Ş. tarafından denetlenmiş olup kalite kontrol ekipleri tarafından yapılan test ve kontrollerden başarıyla geçmiştir.

Karachi Tersanesi’nde inşa edildi
PRO DGS tersanesi tarafından blok inşaatı, ilk blok 25 Mart 2022’de Karachi Askeri Tersanesi’nde yerleştirildi
Sözleşme 14 Eylül 2021’de imzalandı
Gemi 20 Mayıs 2022’de suya indirildi
Planlanan teslim tarihi Ağustos 2024’te Pakistan Donanması’na

PN MILGEM (3) F282 KHAIBAR
Built at Istanbul
The construction of the vessel started on 1st May 2021 at Istanbul Military Shipyard, it was launched on 25th November 2022. The vessel was delivered to the Pakistani Navy following a ceremony in February 2024.
PRO DGS shipyard contracted with ASFAT on 12th November 2020 for the following work of the above vessel:
– Block manufacturing, Pipe and cabling equipment works, Weapon foundation equipment works, Electrical and electronic circuit equipment works, DG pipe installation and equipment works, Stair and door equipment works, Aluminium equipment works, Gas turbines and circuit equipment works. The insulation works of the entire ship were given to the PRO DGS shipyard and are still ongoing.

PN MILGEM (4) F283 TARIQ
Built at Karachi Shipyard
The block construction work was done by PRO DGS shipyard and the first block was laid down on 27th December 2021 at Karachi Navy Shipyard, where the contract was signed on 14th September 2021.
Since the participation of our company in the construction works including block manufacturing for aluminium blocks, the ship’s launching date was two months before the planned date on 02 August 2023. F283 TARIQ is planned to be delivered to the Pakistani Navy in February 2025

ISLAND CLASS CORVETTE
Ada-Class Corvette
A modern coastal warship with native anti-submarine warfare and offshore patrol capabilities while making extensive use of stealth technology principles in its design. Subsequent ships planned to be built by PRO SHIPYARD DGS would have a more optimized design configuration.
A ship Integrated Combat Management System is developed on the Ada class corvette as well as ECPINS & IPMS.

SAR (SEARCH AND RESCUE)
Search and Rescue boats are designed for the coastguard’s operation in coastal or riverine areas. They are designed to proceed to life-saving operations, coast surveillance, and support security events at sea. The SAR boats are well known for their high speed in rough waves and designed for efficiency and comfort in the working environment which increases the capabilities of rescue and recovery operations. The SAR boat can be built with Aluminum, GRP, or steal and can be customized to the owner’s requirement.

FAST PATROL BOAT (32m)
This is a vessel capable of carrying out surveillance, reconnaissance, and control operations in the area of field operations with a minimum of 8 crew members and 3 officers in safety conditions. Both the Hull and Superstructure are made of Marine Grade Aluminum Alloy

PATROL BOAT (15m)
A boat designed for coastal defense, border protection, immigration law enforcement. Their main duties include anti-smuggling, anti-piracy, fisheries patrols, and also often called upon to participate in rescue operations. Patrol boats are warship typically smaller in size and can include fast attack craft, torpedo boats, and missile boats. The boat hull is built in Aluminum to achieve high speeds through diesel powered waterjet propulsion sustem.

COASTGUARD VESSEL (704)
Coastal defense vessels are multi-role minor war vessels with a primary mission of coastal surveillance and patrol including general naval operations and exercises, search and rescue, law enforcement, resource protection, and fisheries patrols. These ships are very flexible, which allows for a rapid role change from one mission type to another. They are crewed primarily by Naval Reservists and are divided equally between coasts.
