STEEL FABRICATION
Semi Closed fabrication area equipped with New CNC plasma cutting machinery with up to 100 mm thickness. The crane capacities are designed to build the ship blocks easily.
PAINTING WORKSHOP
The painting workshop area includes the most modern painting equipment. The shipyard has comprehensive facilities and an experienced team of employees for all sorts of painting for tanks and decks, under the guidance and commitment of international paint distributors.
MECHANICAL WORKSHOP
The workshop has a wide range of machinery for mechanical repair of engines, pumps, heaters, boilers, compressors, and gears. Trained professional can conduct turbocharging, refurbishing, re-tubing, boring, lapping, and machining of parts in our projects. The Shipyard also collaborates with licensed workshops for jobs such as crankshaft machining.
STORAGE FACILITY
The Open & Closed Storage Facility is controlled via an online stock program that enables the Shipyard to even provide effective logistics solutions for ship construction and ship repair actiities, with reporting of essential inventory levels.
DESIGN DEPARTMENT
We have a team of experienced naval architects and shipbuilding designers who use CADMATIC HULL and OUTFITTING software’s for 3D modelling. High-quality activities are provided by a team of highly qualified engineers., designers, and naval architects. To achieve the end goal, our team collaborates with research institutes, design offices, and renowned experts in compliance with the client’s requirements, with full details of the planes and curved structure of the hulls, superstructures and foundations of main & auxiliary machinery, equipment, pipes, and outfitting.
